We celebrate a momentous occasion – the Restoration of the State of Lithuania! On February 16, 1918, the twenty members of the Council of Lithuania signed a document – the Act of Independence – declaring Lithuania a sovereign democratic state with the capital city Vilnius. Now, more than 100 years after, we cannot be more proud and hopeful for the great future of our country!
We will be back in office on February 17th!
